Based on the original design by Prattley, the weigh crate was designed to work with EID and has a built in EID antenna for use with an Agrident ASR550 statuc reader. This means the EID of the sheep can be read automatically. Typically we would sell this with Tru-Test loadbars, Tru-Test EW7i or XR5000 and ASR550 in order to make full use of EID tags and enable rapid weighing of ewes and lambs.
