FarmIT 3000 manages all the mandatory record keeping for an organic farm. In particular this includes full traceability of all products used on the farm, including vet and medical treatments, and feeding for animals and full details of fertilisers, seeds and crops for fields, grasing records and stocking densities.
You should therefore try to complete every record, for example when
treating animals ensure that the reason for treatment is specified, the
withdrawal periods entered and the person doing the treatment. Most of
this data is also useful on the farm as it enables us to identify problems and track problems in breeding lines.
Considerable time and effort has been made to ensure that all reports
are available for organic inspectors and we have worked closely with the
Soil Association and Organic Farmers and Growers to ensure we not only
record the required information, but that we also produce effective and
accepted reports.

instantly produce the report for the inspectors.
