Double click on the Direct Dialer icon in the task bar to open Direct Dialer.
Once Direct Dialer loads go to the tools menu and select “Outlook Options”.
To enable popping Outlook check the “Pop Microsoft Outlook” box and check the fields you want to search.
To test popping enter a number of a contact into the “Telephone Number:” field,
And click test.
Direct Dialer creates a list of contacts when it starts if poping outlook is enabled, you can view this list by clicking on the “View List” Button.
To refresh the list right click on the Direct Dialer icon in the task bar and click “Refresh Outlook Contacts”.
