The DirectDialerMax.EXE
Maximizer does have screen popping built into it however it will pop the contact on call ofering (when the phone rings) which can hinder you while trying to work. Direct Dialer on the other hand pops on call connect (when you pick up the phone) allowing you to finish what you are doing.
The DirectDialerMax.exe is a self contained program allowing you to pop Maximizer Contacts. Without the need for any programming or complicated software integration skills.
The application sits in the system tray at the bottom of your screen next to the clock and will display call status information on current telephone calls, turning
green when a call is in progress.
Double click the icon to bring up the applications main window.
To dial a line, simply type or paste in the number and click the dial button.
The main role of the application is to provide Maximizer Screen popping of contact details.
Maximizer Options
Double click on the Direct Dialer icon in the task bar to open Direct Dialer.
Once Direct Dialer loads go to the tools menu and select “Maximizer Options”.
To enable popping Outlook check the “Pop Maximizer” box and check the fields you want to search.
To test popping enter a number of a contact into the “Telephone Number:” field,
And click test.
